Our client is a dynamic creative agency with a strong culture and purpose. They are looking to develop their New Business & Marketing Function in-house house and bring in a New Business Manager to lead and develop this function, working closely with Senior Leadership and across teams.
You will have strong New Business skills backed up by the ability to develop strong content plans and marketing initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies, across a variety of touchpoints including social, events, CRM and more.
New Business and Marketing planning.
Manage and update website content.
Drive new business leads and growth.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client growth, engagement, pipeline growth, enquiries, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
3-5 years of business development and marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
