Key Terms and Conditions for your £250 Referral Bonus Program:
Eligibility:
Who Can Refer? Anyone can refer a candidate (including the general public).
Qualified Referral:
A referral is considered qualified if:
The candidate is new to our applicant tracking system (ATS).
This ensures they haven't previously applied for a role with us.
The referrer provides the candidate's full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
The candidate mentions the referrer during the application process.
Successful Placement:
The referral is placed in a permanent, full-time position. Excludes freelance or contract roles.
The referral successfully completes their probationary period (e.g., 3 months).
Payment of Voucher:
Upon successful completion of the probation period, the referrer will receive a £250 e-gift card from a well-established retailer sent to their email address.
Direct Recruitment and its supplier accept no responsibility for vouchers not successfully received due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kin.
Direct Recruitment and its supplier has no liability for lost or stolen or e-vouchers, once the voucher is received by you.
Direct Recruitment reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
