This role is at one of the top data and CRM agencies in London who continually produce award winning work. They are looking for a Senior CRM Strategist on a 3 month contract

Senior CRM Strategist

You will help develop CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied blue chip client accounts. The role will be across clients and will offer variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions.

Clients are across varied sectors including those in travel, retail, beauty and more.

Senior CRM Strategist – Skills and experience

·       Strong CRM / CX strategy experience – you will have worked as a Senior Strategist with some experience gained within an agency environment

·       A solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys

·       The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best response

·       A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement

·       A strong communicator who can easily engage with clients
