People/HR Operations Executive / Administrator – Remote-First with a London Office
Start date: ASAP | 3-month FTC with potential to extend
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is looking for a highly organised People Operations Executive / Administrator to join their People & Culture team immediately on a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity to support key HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Supporting onboarding, employment checks, and compliance in a high-volume setting
Managing benefits administration, including annual leave policy alignment
Handling HR systems (HiBob experience is a plus) and employee queries via a ticketing system
Providing administrative support for contractual changes and M&A-related policy alignment
Assisting with day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
The Ideal Candidate:
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Experience using HiBob HRIS (preferred but not essential)
Previous exposure to M&A environments and policy alignment is a plus
Strong administrative skills, particularly in handling contractual changes and policy updates
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR technology
Highly organised, calm and able to work at pace
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
