About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experiencedFreelance Senior Account Managerto join their team and lead the delivery of exciting shopper marketing and experiential campaigns for a well-known drinks brand portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, building strong relationships and providing strategic counsel.

  • Develop and implement innovative shopper marketing and experiential strategies that align with client objectives.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Oversee the development and execution of in-store activations, events, and other shopper marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful reports to clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a shopper marketing or experiential agency.

  • Extensive experience working with drinks brands is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and shopper behaviour.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful shopper marketing and experiential campaigns.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
