The role
Responsible for the planning, management and organisation of all national events and exhibitions including conferences, dealer
Responsible for the planning, management and organisation of all sponsorship partnerships including key sporting events
Responsible for a CRM and social strategy to amplify the impact of all events and sponsorship activities
Responsible for all third-party agency relationship with regards to all sponsorship and events activity
Responsible for planning, managing and organisation of internal events like roadshow, staff parties, marketing meetings and events
Ability to manage budgets, schedules from all suppliers and review suppliers on a regular basis for performance and in preparing estimates
About you
At least 2-3 years of experience in planning, managing and organising events
Excellent project management skills essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting experience
Broad spectrum of automotive knowledge across functions would be highly beneficial
High energy, well-motivated, self-starter and driven
Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome
Ability to manage budgets, schedules and prepare estimates
Strong knowledge of marketing
