Account Manager wanted for leading Customer Engagement Agency | up to £40k
The Role
Our client is a leading CX creative agency and they are looking for a passionate, energetic and positive individual to come into a small client service team to support on some of their most iconic clients. Supporting a Business Director and Account Director, the right candidate will be unrelenting in their desire to get only the best work into the world. Work that real people notice and talk about. As well as take pride and ownership to ensure the most effective and efficient campaign delivery on a day-to-day basis.
Experience Required
A minimum of 3 years marketing experience with a strong background in CRM. Some experience in digital innovation (app and website builds) and integrated TTL campaign delivery also beneficial.
An interest in (and have a POV on) strategy and understand how to judge whether the work you are delivering is ‘on strategy’.
Can write and prepare strong briefs for creative/design/copy teams, ensuring all key and relevant detail is provided to complete the best work.
Excellent client relationship skills. Able to bring your clients on side, build trust, strong and transparent ways of working, and ultimately cement our partnerships because of it.
Have the ability to build and leverage internal relationships across the agency. Knowing when and where to bring in and talk to the right stakeholders for the benefit of your projects and client relationships.
Excellent attention to detail - nothing but the best is good enough. Brilliant client service basics and due diligence across your projects is a must.
Manage finances end-to-end across all owned projects. From building SOWs and planning resource, through to ensuring projects remain within the designated budget (and timings) allocation.
Confident to present both externally to clients, and internally.
Demonstrates proactivity and genuine interest in clients’ business and their ambitions that inspires not only your clients, but your colleagues too.
