Account Manager or Campaign Manager (CRM) for Client-Side Secondment | 3 month FTC Jan Start | £38k
A unique opportunity for an Account Manager or Campaign Manager with strong CRM experience to spend 3 months based on-site with clients, via their Customer Engagement agency. This role is for a fixed term contract of three months initially (starting in early January), with a possibility to extend further into the year.
You will be at the heart of a busy marketing team, working on successful campaigns to help the client as a business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your projects, with oversight from other team members.
This is a great opportunity to work on-site at the clients' office on behalf of their CRM agency. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop and hone your skills across the board, as well as showcase your talents and interests across the agency and client business.
The role will involve delivering the cross sell strategy to convert existing customers to take out different services the company provides. You’ll be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders across the business and leading the delivery communications across the business via a range of channels including Email, Online, SMS/MMS and DM.
You need to have the right character, diligence and can-do approach to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you do have to be motivated to learn and develop as an account handler. You will also need to be confident to lead independently on up to medium-sized CRM projects and be responsive to internal requests.
The role is hybrid with 2 days a week based at the clients office in SE1 and the other 3 days either remote or at the agency (Central London)
