​Strategy Director (Customer Engagement and Integrated)

We are working with a leading integrated marketing agency, and looking for a successful, driven and passionate Strategy Director for one of their high-profile accounts.

For this role they are looking for a Strategy Director with very strong Customer Engagement experience teamed with experience on integrated and brand campaigns too.

You'll have experience in both targeted behaviour change programmes and large-scale multi-channel campaigns.

You will have a very strong foundation in customer engagement and CRM, with a strong handle on data-driven customer engagement and multi-channel campaign execution.

You'll help develop integrated campaigns, evolve CRM programmes, and instil brand purpose into initiatives.

As a strategic lead, you'll collaborate with brand strategists, data strategists, creative, tech, and project leads to elevate the customer engagement offering.

The ideal candidate will have experience across CE, CRM and integrated strategy, good team management experience and excellent presentation skills
