The company

This exciting and innovative integrated agency are looking for a staffing executive with a passion for organising and planning staff for their highly engaging events and experiential activities which they deliver on behalf of their clients. They have sampled over 4 million customers over 50 locations and produced 250 live days. They have created events, which can vary from a brand icon scaling the Shard to branding 100s of trains and taking over some of the largest stations in London to create brand roadshows. Based in state of the art offices 2 days out of 5 and within a fun yet supportive environment, this busy and exciting role won’t be around for long.

About the role

You will be responsible for booking, briefing and confirming promotional staff. You will run interviews, recruitment and training. You will also run refresher and casting days. Provide briefing documents for clients, be on call out of hours for live events, and manage hotel and travel arrangements. You will carry out site visits.

About you

You will have experience of staffing. You are creative and passionate about events and providing first class staff to ensure that the events are memorable and a great success. You are lively and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be outgoing and have the ability to engage with anyone. You will always look to go the extra mile and have strong written and verbal skills.
