Hybrid Project Manager / Creative Studio Manager for Independent Retail Marketing Agency - Global Tech Brands | £50K
The Role
Our client is a top independent retail marketing / design agency based in London who deliver high-impact transcreation campaigns for some of the world’s top technology brands.
They are looking for an NPI Lead where you will play a critical role in planning and executing high-quality, high-volume launch campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Project Director and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, resource optimisation, and clear communication across all stages of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead the development of detailed transcreation campaign plans, including timelines, project trackers, resource allocations, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign progress, ensuring key milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary.
Act as the primary contact for all campaign scheduling queries and manage status updates across cross-functional teams.
Resource Management (Internal & External)
Oversee the management of internal resources, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools and support for campaign execution.
Maintain and utilise resource calculators
Communication & Collaboration.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on campaign progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of changes to timelines, resources, or priorities, facilitating smooth transitions between stages of the campaign.
Serve as the main point of contact for global handoff queries and final campaign delivery.
Collaborate with external partners and clients, setting up meetings, documenting feedback, and ensuring post-campaign analysis.
Post-Campaign Analysis
Create a suite of post-campaign reports to evaluate the success of the campaigns and drive improvements for future projects.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise processes, and recommend strategies for future campaigns.
Experience Required
5+ years of experience in project management, resource coordination, or campaign management, ideally in digital or print campaigns for a global brand.
Proven track record of managing fast-turnaround, high-volume campaigns with a focus on delivering quality results.
Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of resource management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
Skills Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel and other data analysis tools, to optimise resources and timelines.
A proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying challenges early and proposing effective solutions.
