Are you an experience CRM campaign executive looking for a new client-side? If you have strong experience managing end to end campaigns and have a love of marketing data this could be the role for you.

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience using Adobe Campaign but will also consider candidates who have used other campaign management tools sauch as SFMC or Braze.

This is very exciting opportunity to join fast-moving media company, based in London (with hybrid working) delivering engaging marketing communications and audience-driven campaigns. There is plenty of opportunity for training and progression.

About the Role

You’ll manage the execution CRM campaigns, ensuring they are built, tested, and delivered effectively using Adobe Campaign. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll use data insights to optimise audience reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver end to end CRM campaigns across email, push, and other channels using Adobe Campaign

Segment data for campaign targeting and analyse campaign data, gaining insight to inform strategy and improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in CRM Campaign Execution – managing end to end email campaigns

Experience using Adobe Campaign would be a big plus but experience using other campaign management tools such as Braze or SFMC would be considered

An interest in marketing data

Strong Excel skills and ideally comfortable working with SQL databases

Solid problem-solving skills with great attention to detail; and someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills
