Director of Marketing & Admissions | Maternity Cover

Inspiring and supportive education group is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Director of Marketing & Admissions to join the team during an exciting period of growth.

The role

Reporting directly to the Board, responsible for driving B2C and B2B marketing and admissions operations, delivering exceptional growth during a period of rapid global expansion. Working collaboratively with teams across marketing, sales, admissions, legal, finance, and estates, lead a small, dynamic team with a startup mentality to achieve annual strategic plans and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Collaborate with senior leadership and the Board to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's mission, vision, and growth objectives.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Oversee the optimisation of operational systems and processes across global B2C and B2B operations, enhancing productivity, quality, and customer experience.

  • Customer Focus:

    Continuously assess and improve customer service processes, systems, and training to ensure exceptional satisfaction.

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for Sales & Marketing departments, providing strategic advice during legal disputes and staying informed about evolving regulations from the ISI and DfE.

  • Team Management:

    Recruit, manage, and appraise a team of on-site Marketing & Admissions staff in collaboration with school Heads.

  • School Marketing:

    Oversee school marketing activities and report on marketing and sales KPIs to the Board.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2C and B2B marketing and admissions leadership

  • Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and team development

  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in the education sector

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The role is a maternity cover - length between 9-12 months with the potential to remain in the group after the contract ends
