Data Analyst – Marketing & Loyalty c£45K per annum
Location: Watford & Hybrid
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2025
We’re on the hunt for a Junior Data Analyst to support marketing and loyalty strategies for a well-known global brand.
You’ll be diving into reports, spotting trends, and helping teams make data-backed decisions that drive results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support data-driven strategies.
· Data Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, helping to shape key business decisions.
· Reporting & Insights: Maintain and update reports, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights.
· Data Management: Extract, clean, and organise large datasets, primarily using Excel.
What You Bring
· Experience in data analysis in a marketing environment (loyalty marketing experience would be a bonus)
· A solid grasp of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation).
· The ability to interpret and present data in a clear and compelling way – you enjoy presenting findings and have good communications skills
· Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
· Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint
· Some knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus, but not essential (the client can support your learning).
