The Agency & Account

A fantastic career-defining opportunity to join one of London’s leading full-service advertising agencies as a Senior Account Director or Account Director on the cusp of SAD. Working solely on the agency’s flagship retail account, you will thrive in fast-paced environments and ideally already have experience of working on a retail account.

With the launch of a brand new proposition last year, the agency team is in the early stages of rolling it out and with a new SVP on board client side, they are looking to revitalise the brand and push on the new proposition, making it an exciting time to join the account.

An extremely busy account delivering up to 7 TVCs a year and the team currently working on Valentines Day, Mothers’ Day, and Easter seasonal campaigns.You will likely also be supporting the summer and back to school 360 campaigns including TV, Press, Radio and Social.

There is also a big opportunity to expand the social media work with this client therefore if you have strong social media experience and can help to improve the social offering, this would be advantageous.

 

Your Role

As Senior Account Director, you are responsible for running a team of account handlers and involved in wider account responsibilities. You will be the Managing Partners’/Business Directors’ right hand, taking on the day-to-day which will enable the BD to focus on building on future proofing the client business. You will have responsibility for managing the teams, internal and client meetings and attending shoots, with the BD’s overarching support.

As lead creative agency, you will coordinate and connect the dots between all other agency partners including the clients’ internal creative studio, media, photography, and PR agencies.

You will have experience of managing and overseeing a team and delegating accordingly. You will be creatively-minded and engaged and bring a pro-active energy to the business.
