This is an exciting new role if you would relish working on an account that is passionate about engaging customers through the whole customer journey using highly personalised data and content.

For this Business Director role you need exceptional account management skills along with experience working on data and CRM focused accounts.

This a data led BD role working closely with a key client and internal teams to deliver highly strategic and targeted marketing campaigns.

This BD role is at a London agency that is leading the way in customer engagement.

Your experience

• You will have worked in account management at BD level within a marketing agency, CRM or data agency

• You are a specialist in data, CRM and martech and have worked with clients who deliver complex customer engagement programs

• You are experienced leading client meetings, bringing together internal stakeholders, drafting commercial documents and creating client roadmaps

• You have worked with clients that use campaign management tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce (SFMC) or Braze and have an understanding of how these are best used for hyper personalisation of campaigns

• You understand the role of marketing technology in automating and personalising customer interactions across various touchpoints. You will typically have worked with clients who connect real time data with real time messaging along the complete customer journey.

• You are both commercial and operational

• Experience working with other agencies is beneficial too as is an interest in AI
