An international Marketing Data Agency, considered to be No 1 globally in CRM and DM, this agency is a global leader at building links via marketing solutions between brands and their customers.
As Marketing Technology Director, your role will be focused on leading and managing teams to design and deliver complex marketing technology solutions and managed services for Blue Chip Branded clients across EMEA.
The role divides into 4 key areas:
Portfolio management; project scoping and working with client services and delivery teams to create scalable marketing digital solutions for key clients
Cost Management; Reporting and analysis of operations, monitoring resource allocations and working with Finance, HR and SVP of Tech/Ops on staffing
Operational management; Looking for ways to optimise and automate aspects of the marketing tech processes, reviewing KPIs and resolving critical issues
Talent management; managing both onshore and offshore marketing Tech teams, mentoring, coaching and developing them.
Skills and Experience
You have excellent experience managing MARKETING technology (MARTECH) delivery and have a strong marketing focused technical background.
You’ve managed and developed great teams across multiple regions and have a track record of leading projects and initiatives successfully
You have Prince2 or PMP certification
You have great experience in Agile techniques (pref Scrum)
You’re collaborative and can build productive relationships and have excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
You can preferably speak French or German (big advantage!)
Some knowledge of procurement is also an advantage.
