One of London’s leading creative integrated agencies have a fabulous opportunity for an Account Director to join their lovely team. The role has a CRM focus and with digital and social thrown in too.
Account Director – The role
- You will work on one client and be responsible for the strategic and creative delivery of customer marketing marketing campaigns.
- You will work across CRM, digital and social campaigns on customer engagement, upsell andcross-sell, retention and loyalty.
- You will be the line manager to one and mentor others.
- An energetic AD with CRM expertise who would relish the opportunity to work on a fast-paced account.
- The ability to manage and mentor more junior members of the team and someone who can also step up when needed if more senior members of the team are not around.
- A strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent influencing skills
- The ability to strategically manage projects from campaign planning through to execution.
Salary for this AD role is up to around £50K. London based (when back to normality and flex working will be available)
