This role is at one of the top customer experience agencies in London who continually produce award winning work. They are looking for a Senior Strategist or a Strategist ready to take the next step up and join an agency that really values its strategists and offers the opportunity to work with a team of inspiring people in a positive and dynamic environment.
Senior CRM Strategist
You will help develop creative CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied and international accounts. You will also be involved in creating exciting content strategies.
You will work closely with creatives and data teams to devise and launch these.
Senior CRM Strategist – Skills and experience
- Strong CRM / CX strategy experience – you are either a Senior Strategist or a Strategist ready to take the next step up.
- Experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys, loyalty and reward programs.
- Experience working closely with both data and creative teams.
- Some experience working on content strategies would be an ideal, but this is not essential as long as you have some interest in developing these skills.
- A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement
Experience within automotive, retail or healthcare would be beneficial, but is not essential
