Job Description

This data and CRM agency offers strategic analytics, loyalty and data insights to their clients. They are undergoing a transformation and evolving to offer a broader set of solutions to take to market – and therefore need a new BDM to join their team.

This is a consultative selling role, focused on driving the sales of a portfolio of products and solutions around data and CRM with solutions across loyalty programs, CRM, planning and data strategy, analytics, insight, marketing technology and campaign management tools.

The agency is part of a global company with the backing and support to grow and diversify so this is an excellent time to join.

The role

  • Create and execute the new business strategy.
  • Generate new leads primarily in the UK. but also working in other European markets
  • Actively manage the outsourced lead generation partner to optimise lead creation
  • Identify and develop   leads – meeting with clients, pitching, developing value propositions, proposal writing, pricing, contract negotiation, closing and handover to account management teams.
  • Manage and coordinate bid responses  
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure marketing activities are aligned and optimised.


  • Senior sales experience in consultative- selling roles within agencies selling data, CRM, loyalty or and insight.
  • Energetic, credible and articulate with strong influencing, negotiation and presenting skills.
