Job Description

This expanding and highly successful ecommerce business needs a brilliant Head of Affiliates & Partnerships to head up an in-house department, building new partnerships and driving continued growth and success of their affiliate marketing programme. You’ll have loads of autonomy in a well-supported environment, working as part of a lovely, diverse and ambitious team. 

The role

Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive continued growth and maximise ROI

Deal directly and indirectly with affiliate partners, affiliate networks and brand partnerships to push content out across various platforms to achieve conversion on marketing spend

Oversee, control and manage significant annual marketing budget

Seek new and grow existing relationships with key affiliates and national brands to grow marketing campaigns’ reach and impact

Manage, inspire and upskill marketing team

About You

5 years’ experience in an affiliates/partnerships role at an eCommerce business

Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing with a proven track record of profitably spending large marketing budgets

Strong management, leadership, communication, negotiation and organisation skills

Commercial acumen with the ability to spot profitable marketing opportunities

Ability and confidence to analyse and present campaign performance data to various audiences within the business

Proficient in the use of affiliate marketing programs
