Job Description

This expanding and highly successful ecommerce business needs an ambitious and results-focused Growth Manager to manage and develop their lead generation activity to drive continued growth of the database and the business. You’ll have loads of autonomy in a well-supported environment, working as part of a lovely, diverse and ambitious team. 

The role

Managing existing co-reg and co-sponsor activity and introduce new channels – affiliates, lead gen though social, PPC

Monitor activity daily, and optimise accordingly

Work closely with CRM department to ensure email nurture programme drives leads to convert to first order

About You

At least 3 years’ experience in a lead generation or affiliates role

Solid experience in the lead generation environment, ideally working with co-reg and co-sponsor partners

Expertise in the end to end process of the email acquisition funnel

Highly analytical and completely results focused – keeping a constant eye on results, expert on all usually metrics including CPL, OR, CTR, buy to engagement, breakeven, ROI

Significant budget management expertise

Experienced in dealing and negotiating with a breadth third parties, monitoring performance
