As Head of Communications you will be responsible to bring together its diverse departments and continue to refine and strengthen its offering as a top PR and media relations agency, specialising in creative content. You will sit on the Board overseeing all elements of internal and external strategic communications and managing a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the agency’s commercial goals. You will also manage a plan of campaigns and marketing activations which raise the profile of the agency and it’s offering. You will manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and market researchers. You are a hands-on, flexible and motivating team leader who has built and developed communications strategies and managed mid-sized communications or marketing teams. You have a proven track record of success in delivering outcome-driven strategic communications in large, complex organisations across a range of national and international territories.
