The role

  • Work closely with the project management team to deliver a number of digital assets under tight deadlines e.g. emails, articles, offers, CRM brand activity, web development
  • Receive briefs from clients and develop creative briefs, with support from the project manager, communicating clear timings and deadlines to clients to ensure expectations are managed
  • To work and develop strong internal relationships with planning, data, creative, project management and technical teams to deliver excellent work
  • To build excellent relationships with the clients, supporting them with their business challenges
  • Ability to think strategically, with an understanding of the core principles around content creation and applying digital best practice in order to hit client KPIs
  • Review creative work in an objective manner, with confidence in expressing opinion
  • Financial ownership from scoping projects to billing and project reconciliations once project is complete

About You

  • Extremely organised and able to manage and prioritize workload under pressure across various work streams
  • Sound understanding of digital content creation (including emails) and production processes
  • Technical understanding of website and content development
  • Excellent understanding of CRM
  • Enjoy working alongside different disciplines (e.g. data and planning)
