Amazing opportunity for a CRM Manager to join a vibrant and exciting start-up who are revolutionising travel and the daily commute.
Based in super offices, the team are a bunch of very bright, charismatic people who are all very passionate about shaping and growing this great proposition.
They are looking for a CRM expert to join the team. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, can set the CRM strategy, plan the customer journey and experience. You are also happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved with what ever needs to be done.
With offices in London, Barcelona and South Africa, the team is collaborative and dynamic, constantly ‘thinking big’ and getting stuff done. With a flat structure and a creative and autonomous culture, you have the freedom to shape the role and CRM offering from scratch.
You will have previous experience in a CRM role and have developed loyalty and reward programmes. You will be responsible for developing the CRM strategy and the roadmap for all customer communications to improve acquisition and retention. You will have experience of data segmentation and will plan and implement personalised and engaging comms using a mix of personal and behavioural data.

The salary for the role is between £35K and £40K plus good benefits including some flexibility in working hours.
