About the role
- Lead investment strategy to deliver client retention, growth and satisfaction
- Work closely with clients to understand their business model, marketing objectives, campaign performance and ROI expectations
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless client service, ensuring all client work is briefed clearly, and ensuring that colleagues and partners deliver on-brief
- Identify and articulate growth opportunities for your clients and the agency
- Strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support on other accounts as required, and input into new business pitches
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and enjoy working with entrepreneurial businesses
- Exceptional organisation and time management, able to multi-task across several
- dynamic and fast-paced accounts
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
