You will be working across a global tech giant developing loyalty programmes and reward schemes for their B2B customers. You will work closely with the Account Manager and the clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with internal teams including creative, planning and data.
Skills and Experience
You will have the following skills;
- passionate about delivering first class client service
- build great relationships with clients and colleague
- positive and enthusiastic approach
- experience of CRM and loyalty driven campaigns would be beneficial but not essential
- experience of email and digital marketing would be beneficial
- project management
- excellent communication and presentation skills
