You will report into an Account Director and will be planning, developing and implementing highly targeted and engaging CRM and Direct Marketing communications both on and off line. You will work closely with your client and with research about their customers to ensure that all communications get to the heart of what the customer really wants. You will continue to build the relationship with the customer throughout their lifecycle and engagement with this aspirational brand.
You will be dynamic, eager to learn and previous experience of CRM is essential. Experience of working with a luxury brand would also be useful.

Skills and Requirements
Social Media is your passion, you are always plugged in. You have exceptional written and interpersonal skills both on and off-line. Customer service driven and able to see things from their point of view.
At least one years' experience of developing and maintaining an online community and content management for a major brand. You will have an understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC.
